To ensure the acceptability and sustainability of its business activities, Badrakh Energy is committed to a process of dialogue, consultation and sharing with its stakeholders.
For that purpose, a dedicated dialogue body with local communities and administrations was set up back in 2013 in Ulaanbadrakh soum and Zuunbayan bagh of Sainshand soum of Dornogobi province to develop open dialogue, to facilitate the exchange of opinions, to ensure transparency, as well as to provide information on company activities and short- and medium-term plans related to the project through regular meetings held with local communities.
Since 2013, the Cooperation Council has met 25 times in Ulaanbadrakh soum and 25 times in Zuunbayan bagh.

Badrakh Energy LLC has been contributing to the socio-economic development of local communities since its establishment in Mongolia.
Badrakh Energy LLC undertakes projects and programs to support the socio-economic development of Ulaanbadrakh soum and Zuunbayan bagh of Sainshand soum of Dornogobi aimag where it operates. In doing so, the company has implemented health, environment, water supply and education projects that are tailored to the specific needs of the given community, in consultation and cooperation with local stakeholders.
Badrakh Energy LLC is investing in the education sector.
Badrakh Energy LLC has been improving the learning conditions of children and youth by investing in the education sector. The recent example was in October 2021, when the company handed over 80 tables and 160 chairs worth 25 million MNT as a part of the project to renovate the tables and chairs of pupils in the general education school of Ulaanbadrakh soum in Dornogovi province. As a result of the project, five classrooms of this school had their tables and chairs fully renovated, which greatly contributed to the learning environment and comfort of children.

Besides this project, Badrakh Energy LLC received a request from the general education school in Zuunbayan bagh of Sainshand soum, Dornogovi province about acquiring a children’s van to be used for driving to olympiads, contests and competitions, for organizing trips to travel in the region and to acquire a professional guidance and for going to trainings and seminars. Following this request, the company purchased a 12-passenger van Hyundai Starex H1 and handed it over to the management of the general education school in December 2021.
Director of Zuunbayan bagh’s general education school Kh. Otgonbayar expressed gratitude to the staff of the company on behalf of teachers and pupils: “We received the children’s van that was donated by Badrakh Energy LLC, which had sincerely cooperated for the children’s cause. Our children are now able to participate in various activities without fearing the cold of the winter and the heat of the summer. May the good grace of children bless all you generous and devoted. Thank you very much!”

In addition, in April 2022, the Company implemented the project to fully equip the linguistic lab for the purpose of improving the conditions of pupils to learn foreign languages at the general education school in Zuunbayan bagh. The company financed the linguistic lab equipment with more than 22 million MNT and handed it over to the administration of the school.

Badrakh Energy LLC is investing in the health sector.
An important part of the social projects of Bdarakh Energy LLC covers health care sector. The very recent example is the renovation of the physical therapy room at the inter-soum hospital in Zuunbayan bagh of Sainshand soum, Dornogobi province. Badrakh Energy LLC made procurement of the required equipment and handed it over to the hospital in April 2022. The improvement of the physical therapy room will help enroll patients under the supervision of the physician in the rehabilitative treatment, improve the result, impart further the practice of a healthy lifestyle and reduce the non-communicable diseases.

The company spent more than 135 million MNT since 2008 in order to improve the supply of materials and equipment and to continuously support the education of doctors and employees at the inter-soum hospital in Zuunbayan bagh.
