Advancing Customer Experience in the Digital World

We are delighted to inform you that the Business Council of Mongolia is a supporting organisation for the upcoming meeting, "Advancing Customer Experience in the Digital World”, organised by the Customer Management Institute (CMI) in partnership with the International Customer Experience Institute (ICXI), a global leader in customer experience. As the country partner of ICXI, CMI provides consultation on ICXI's standards in Mongolia and the region, including the ICXS2019 and IDCXS2022 standards.

The International Customer Experience Institute (ICXI) was founded in the United Kingdom in 2007 with a mission to enhance the customer experience across all channels of delivery and help organisations achieve global best practices in customer experience excellence. The institute aims to set global standards for customer experience excellence in a diverse and constantly changing environment. Since 2007, the British Standards Group (BSI) has been the exclusive global certification partner of ICXI.
