The United Nations Convention on Climate Change, along with the Mongolian Government's "Green Development Policy 2030" and "Sustainable Development 2030," aim to achieve various goals, including reducing heat loss in buildings by 40% by 2030, improving energy efficiency, and providing clean drinking water. These are critical issues that attract interest from both foreign and local investors and non profit organizations.

During the House Expo 2023 event, the Business Council of Mongolia will host its April Monthly Meeting, which will focus on sustainable buildings and the latest technological solutions. The meeting will feature practical projects and solutions that companies can implement to contribute to the fight against climate change and air pollution. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights and information on available technologies, green financing facilities, and incentives.

Additionally, the meeting will cover the government's policy towards sustainable housing and the latest real estate statistics, including information on the affordable housing market and the availability of green funds and incentives. Participants will also learn about current projects that companies and non-governmental organizations are undertaking to combat air pollution.
