CHINA- MONGOLIA BUSINESS LEADERS MEETING

Dear Members,

We are inviting our members and other interested entities to attend this upcoming Joint Investment Meeting with the China International Council for the Promotion of Multinational Corporations (CCIPMC) on 25 May 2023, in Beijing. Trade turnover between People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Mongolia reached US$ 10 billion. The Governments of two countries agreed and working to increase the trade and investments to US$ 20 billion in five years. Key priorities of bilateral economic cooperation include increasing volume of mining exports from Mongolia to China, especially long term supply of coal, developing oil sector, improving capacity of border crossings at the key trading ports, collaborating in area of climate change by fighting desertification and knowledge sharing in area tree planting and implementing Mongolia’s “Billion tree” program, cooperating in area of regional economic cooperation by promoting economic corridors and regional initiatives, such as China’s “Belt and Road” initiative.

Purpose of this forum organized by the CICPMC and BCM is to exchange information on business environment and opportunities between the companies of the PRC and Mongolia, provide opportunity to present potential business opportunities in mining, energy, renewables, banking and financial sector, agriculture, construction, real estate and information technology; and facilitate investments and further collaboration.

Registration fee will be $150 per attendance.
