Customaware Systems LLC began operations in 2019 and are a small software application development house that specialises in designing, developing, deploying and maintaining great web based application solutions for our Clients. Streamlining and optimising their business processes and removing their reliance on error prone spreadsheets that prevent the enterprise from properly leveraging their valuable intellectual property.

Customaware offers a suite of SaaS Applications, namely EZI-STAFF (HR/Leave Management/Recruiting/Training/Competency/Time Management and Payroll - Tailored to Mongolian Labour Law and Tax requirements), EZI-SAFE (Safety System - Incident / Hazard / Risk / Action Management ), EZI-CONTRACTS (Project / Contract Document Management).

Additionally, Customaware have developed and manage a range Bespoke applications for international Clients in Germany, USA, Australia and South Africa.

Our team has over 40 years of application development experience in addition to extensive international experience in the Mining Industry in Project and Contract Management.
