The International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries (ITTLLDC) is the first ever international intergovernmental institution headquartered in Mongolia, as well as the first Intergovernmental Institution of the Group of Landlocked Developing Countries at the United Nations, with the overall goal of using top-quality research and advocacy to improve the ability of landlocked developing countries to build capacity with a view to benefiting from the international trade including WTO negotiations, with the ultimate aim of raising human development and reducing poverty.
