Post COP: Business and Investment Opportunities

30 January

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

The Business Council of Mongolia (BCM), in collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, invites you to an exclusive event exploring Mongolia’s progress toward national climate goals and fostering partnerships for a sustainable future.

Over the past three months, COP29 and COP16 have featured active participation from both the Government of Mongolia and the private sector. This event aims to explore how these critical stakeholders can collaborate more effectively to drive progress toward Mongolia’s national climate goals.

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change is spearheading efforts in carbon policy, renewable energy, green financing, and carbon markets. This event will provide insights into how these priorities align with private sector interests and highlight opportunities for collaboration in achieving shared sustainability objectives.

Bringing together leaders from the public and private sectors, along with ambassadors offering international perspectives, this event will serve as a platform to share updates on key initiatives, amplify the private sector's voice, and strengthen partnerships. Discussions will build on the outcomes of COP29 and COP16, focusing on advancing carbon policies, renewable energy projects, green financing, and carbon market development.
