The Business Council of Mongolia (BCM), through its Regulatory and Tax Working Group, successfully hosted the March Knowledge Sharing Session on Tax Law Reform Recommendations on 27 March 2025.

As part of BCM’s ongoing advocacy efforts, this session focused on the draft tax law amendments published by the Ministry of Finance and presented key findings from the comprehensive research report developed in collaboration with the Economic Development Center of Mongolia. The session provided a platform for BCM members to review and discuss the recommendations, ensuring they reflect the business community’s interests.

Member Discussion & Q&A:

The session concluded with an open discussion, allowing BCM members to voice their positions, provide feedback, and contribute to refining BCM’s final recommendations before submission to the Ministry of Finance ahead of the Spring Session of the State Great Khural in April.
