Regulatory and Tax
Purpose and Objective
The Working Group will focus on three key areas: updates on the regulatory environment, tax-related enforcement issues, and ethics in business practices. In Mongolia’s volatile business landscape, sudden shifts in government policy often create challenges for businesses, making it essential to stay informed about proposed new laws and regulations. The group will act as a platform to provide members with timely updates on such legislative developments and facilitate discussions on their potential impact. With the tax environment continually evolving, especially after recent amendments (2020-2024), the group will prioritize identifying and addressing enforcement challenges faced by businesses. It will facilitate the exchange of concerns and experiences related to tax law implementation, ensuring that its members can navigate the complexities of Mongolia’s regulatory and tax frameworks effectively. By fostering collaboration, the WG aims to support businesses in adapting to these regulatory changes while upholding ethical standards.
