BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Khenchbish AMARJARGAL
Ms. Amarjargal has 20 years of experience in law, external affairs, policy and strategy areas. She started her career as a corporate and commercial lawyer and joined Rio Tinto’s Asia Exploration Team in 2008 as Legal Advisor and served as Principal Advisor Strategy and Commercial at Oyu Tolgoi, Business Executive to the Copper and Diamond product group, and Deputy Country Director at Rio Tinto Mongolia. She has worked at Copper, Coal and Diamond product groups at Rio Tinto.
Prior to joining Rio Tinto, she worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer and partner in the Tsets law firm from 2002 to 2006. She was a member of the Mongolian Bar Association.Ms. Amarjargal holds an LLM (Master of Laws) specializing in natural resources policy and management from the University of Dundee in the UK.
Bayanjargal BYAMBASAIKHAN
Mr. Byambasaikhan comes from a diverse background of private business, international development finance, and public resources management over the past 25 years. He is a Mongolian clean energy pioneer who has built the country's first ever wind farm, the Salkhit (50MW). In 2014, the World Economic Forum recognized him as a Young Global Leader. In 2018-2020 Mr. Byambasaikhan served as the Special Envoy of the President of Mongolia on Regional Energy Cooperation. He also served as chief executive of Erdenes Mongol, board chair of MobiCom, board director of Oyu Tolgoi, non- executive director of several mining and oil and gas/CBM companies listed in Canada (ERD-TSX), Australia (EXR-ASX) and Mongolia. He is currently developing a green hydrogen project venture "Gobi H2" to serve the growing demands in China and Northeast Asia.
Oyu Tolgoi’s Chief Financial Officer Ms. Dulamsuren joined Oyu Tolgoi in 2012 and since served in various roles, including Manager of Business and Financial Analysis, Senior Manager, Projects and General Manager, Strategy and Development.
Dugar JARGALSAIKHAN
Mr. Jargalsaikhan is the Chairman of Gund Investment LLC, a family-owned investment company. The company is engaged in startup incubation, organization management system engineering, real estate management, financial services, mining, and technology domestication. His current focus is on the creation of a smart city system model in cooperation with the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE), the development of digital transformation solutions for social systems, and green projects such as the redevelopment of underdeveloped areas in Ulaanbaatar. He is an honorary professor at University of Science and Technology of Mongolia, Founding Chairman of the Young Researchers Support Foundation, a Board Member of the Business Council of Mongolia, and a corporate advisory board member of INCOSE.
Raldolph KOPPA
Mr. Koppa serves as the Chairman of the Trade and Development Bank. Mongolia represents Randolph’s twelfth country in his 50- year international banking career. He came to Mongolia in 2004 as part of the management and technical assistance program provided to TDB by ING Bank.

Nyamandeleg MANDUUL
As the President of Ondo Holding Co.Ltd, Manduul Nyamandeleg is in charge of formulating business strategy of the company, coordinating with investors, and managing the planned IPO process of the company in the international markets.
Marc MELEARD
Mr. Meleard is a metallurgical and mining engineer by education. He has been working at Orano Group for 14 years and had been appointed as CEO of Badrakh Energy since 2021. Before, Mr. Meleard was COO of an uranium underground mining site in Niger and plant director at the Katco uranium mining site in Kazakhstan.
Enkhtsetseg ORCHLON
Mr. Orchlon is the founder of URECA, a climate tech start-up headquartered in Singapore. Formerly, he was an Executive Board Member and Chief Investment Officer at Newcom Group, one of Mongolia’s largest investment holding companies with interests across telco, real estate, energy and infrastructure, responsible for providing oversight and guidance on the group’s overall strategic direction and investments. Mr. Orchlon was the Chief Executive Officer of Clean Energy Asia LLC which is one of Mongolia’s largest renewable energy developers currently operating the 50MW Tsetsii Wind Farm in the Southgobi aimag. Mr. Orchlon is an active advocate for improving Mongolia’s business climate and is the vice-chairman of the Business Council of Mongolia. He was also recognized as one of the 30 leaders in Industry, Manufacturing and Energy in Forbes Asia’s 2019 Under 30 Asia list for his contributions to developing the renewable energy industry in Mongolia.
Neil YOUNG
Mr. Young is a joint Australian and British citizen who is currently the Managing Director of the Australian Stock Exchange-listed company Elixir Energy Ltd. (EXR). EXR is focused on exploring for natural gas (in the form of coal bed methane -CBM) in Mongolia’s South Gobi region. Neil is a graduate from the University of Edinburgh with a joint honors degree in Economics and Politics. He has a career spanning over 25 years in the energy sector, focusing on commercial and business development matters. He first visited Mongolia over a decade ago to pursue the goal of exploring CBM in the country and is now very familiar with the opportunities and challenges that the growing country presents.
