B. JAVKHLAN
Managing Director
Ms. Javkhlan has been working as the Director (Board Affairs, Working Groups, Memberships) of the BCM since December 2018. She is a business executive with over 10 years of extensive international working experience throughout her career in Mongolia, USA, Singapore, and Switzerland. Previous working experiences include the Business Executive at SingTel Telecommunications in Singapore, World Bank Mongolia, UNECE in Geneva, SouthGobi Resources in Mongolia, and State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia. Ms. Javkhlan holds a Master’s degree in International Management from University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) in Basel, Switzerland and Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Mongolia International University (MIU).
Special Advisor
The Honourable Bryon Wilfert served for 26 years of elected political office both as a Municipal Councillor and as Member of Parliament. He served as Junior Minister of the Environment, as well as Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs and National Defense. He served as Vice President of APPECD Asia Pacific Parliamentarians Environment Conference Development) based in Korea. Bryon holds a Master of Arts in Political Economy (U of T), Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D) (U of T – Rotman School), and holds an Accredited Municipal Clerk and Treasurer (AMCT) in Municipal Administration from St. Lawrence College. He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun – Gold/Silver Star from His Imperial Majesty and the Prime Minister of Japan for his tireless work on Canada/Japan relations. He holds the Queen’s Gold and Diamond Jubilee Medals. He has received three times Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow awards. He is Senior Associate at Tactix Government Relations & Public Affairs in Ottawa, Vice President – International Relations with Emission Technologies International Inc., and Honorary Consul General for the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Bryon serves as Chair of the Canada/Pakistan Business Council and Advisor to the Canada/Vietnam Trade Council.
O. TUVSHIN

Tuvshin “Tuvi” Orlokh grew up as a Third Culture Kid, living for extended periods in Australia, the U.S., and Austria, before coming back to Mongolia in 2013. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Syracuse University in 2012. Tuvi manages BCM’s weekly English-language NewsWire, as well as Monthly Meeting recaps.
A native English speaker, Tuvi is also Co-Founder and Deputy Director of Aeterna, an English language education center. He is also a Princeton Review-certified SAT prep course instructor.
Prior to joining the BCM Secretariat, Tuvi was the English Editor at Mongolian Economy magazine, and has also worked for other publications such as Asia Mining magazine and Financial Inclusion magazine.
B. ZOLZAYA
Accountant
Zolzaya Battulga has been working as an Accountant at the Business Council of Mongolia (BCM) since 2020.
She is an economist and accountant and has 14 years of experience in the field. Zolzaya is currently studying at the Institute of Finance and Economics to advance her career. She also plans to study Law in the future.
Event Manager
Temuulen has been working as an event manager at the Business Council of Mongolia BCM since 2021. He is a marketing and management professional and has 7 years of experience in this field. Temuulen worked as a director in charge of operations at "GS End LLC" for 5 years. He lived in England for 2 years before joining the University of Culture and Arts to improve his career.
