The Business Council of Mongolia organized its "Knowledge Sharing Session" on 25 February 2023 at the Shangri-La Office. Co-Founder, Senior lawyer: Mr. Bat-Erdene BATBAYAR of the "Legal Mate" LLC Mongolian law firm, introduced 5 laws that has been passed and effective in 2023 that businesses should be aware of, including: The Corporate Income Tax Law, The Law of Mongolia on State Inspection, The Law on Licensing, The Law on Personal Income Tax and The Law of Mongolia on Valuation of Assets.
