"Knowledge Sharing Session" on 23 March 2023

The Business Council of Mongolia organized its "Knowledge Sharing Session" on 23 March 2023 at the Shangri-La Office on the topic of "Innovation in HR (Human Resources)" by Ms. Uyanga Zalaa-Uul. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nito (NitoTech LLC) talked about the current trends in HR technologies and innovations globally. Such as how AI (Artificial Intelligence) is used in HR management, how VR/AR are being used in HR, the use of wearables in HR, and the importance of building an innovative team. Ms. Uyanga also discussed the upcoming "Good Workplace Awards 2023". The BCM would like to express gratitude towards Ms. Uyanga for the great and insightful presentation.
