Members of the Business Council of Mongolia met with Mr. ENKHTAIVAN Ganbold, Deputy Governor of the Монголбанк /Монгол Улсын Төв банк/.
During this session Mr. Enkhtaivan presented about Specialized Investment Banking Law (overview of the bill) including submission, and discussion of the bill, Initial Draft, Contents of the improved bill; Legal status, Activities/operations, establishment of the bank Supplementary requirements for foreign bank, financial institutions, management/supervision of the bank monitoring and surveillance Regulation.
