
D. SAYAN
Director (Board Affairs)
Sayan Dochinkhuu graduated National University of Mongolia with B.A degree in International Relations in 2011 and he worked at Oyu Tolgoi LLC for 6 years. He worked as Board Secretariat at the Board of Directors of Oyu Tolgoi LLC from 2015 to 2018 and managed the preparation and arrangement of all the OT Board related matters, meetings and extracurricular activities. He also attended Oyu Tolgoi Board Meeting from observation perspective therefore he has a deep insight of the Board structure of an organization and how it is run properly. Sayan has got a fair experience in stakeholder engagement as during his tenure at Oyu Tolgoi LLC he was mainly involved in the engagement with relevant Government Agencies and officials on a daily basis which gave him decent exposure of interaction with public sector. He has a warm commendation from Ambassador Batsukh Galsan the Chairman of Board of Oyu Tolgoi LLC as he demonstrated high level of integrity, reliability and discretion. He dedicates himself for building good governance and investment friendly legal and regulatory environment in Mongolia.

B. JAVKHLAN
Director (Working Groups)
Javkhlan serves BCM as a Director (Working Groups). Its mission is to offer a platform for BCM members to discuss current and emerging issues, share information and experiences, and engage in activities to advance the business environments. The Working Group serves as a bridge linking representatives from: government agencies; donor groups; NGOs from all sectors.
Before joining BCM Javkhlan accrued 10+ years of extensive working experience in the USA, Singapore, Switzerland working in public, private and international nongovernmental organizations.
EXPERIENCE
Javkhlan began her career as a Business Executive at SingTel Telecommunications in Singapore working as a data analyst for two years. Prior to that she was appointed as the first Mongolian accounting intern in Senior Care Communities, LTC Solutions in Irvine California. She also held several positions as a permanent employer and internships with International NGOs including: World Bank in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia; UNECE in Geneva, Switzerland and Knowledge and Technology Transfer Practice Project of European Commission in Olten, Switzerland.
Javkhlan’s thesis focus was on CSR Engagement Strategy at ABB in Switzerland, where she was appointed as a CSR and community relations officer in SouthGobi Sands LLC, a subsidiary of SouthGobi Resource Ltd. apublicly company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Later, she served as a Referent at State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia. As a referent at the parliament, she acquired detail knowledge on Mongolian law and resolutions and continues to review and prepare drafts on new proposals to changes to existinglaws and resolutions as a member of Economic Standing Committee of the Parliament. She also prepares booklets describing the content and intend of approved laws for MPs.
After Mongolia’s government election in 2016, Javkhlan accepted the position as General Manager at NGH LLC where she designed and implemented marketing and business development planning. Her work successfully increased market awareness, generated leads and resulted in a significant incremental revenue increase of – over 35%.
EDUCATION
Javkhlan holds a Master Degree in International Management from University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW) in Basel, Switzerland and Bachelor degree in International Business Administration from Mongolia International University (MIU).
She has participated in and completed training in areas such as: management, leadership and policy innovation. Trainings include: “Mongolian Young Leaders Program” organized by MonAme Scientific Research Center in Istanbul, Turkey; “Manager’s Shadow Project” organized by FHNW in Brazil; “Promoting Cultural Diversity in a Globalizing World” Global seminar organized by UNESCO and UNU-KNCU in South Korea; “Partnership Building with Young Leaders of Mongolia” organized by KOICA and LOGODI in South Korea; and “Leadership Development” program organized by MIU in USA.
SERVICE
Javkhlan has volunteered her time and initiated various community service activities such as: English language sessions for secondary school students, and also educational workshops, field trips, sport events, fundraisers for homeless street children throughout Mongolia

S. GANZORIG
Director of Policy and Planning
Mr. Ganzorig S. was appointed as Director of Policy and Planning for the Business Council of Mongolia on 2 January 2019. He is responsible for proactive representation of the needs and interests of BCM members and effective engagement of government, business, and thought leaders in promoting common lawful interests of members for a fair, stable, and internationally competitive business environment.
Mr. Ganzorig started his career in public service in 2008 by joining Ministry of Finance as a specialist at the Budget Expenditure Division of Fiscal Policy Department where he was responsible for budget expenditure analysis and research. Also he had contributed his duty to successful implementation of Budget planning information system through the public organizations. After graduation of his master’s degree he served as specialist of Mongolian Sovereign Credit rating analysis and Capital market policy and planning. Where he had produced “Money and Capital market development plan” which is concentrated renewing IT infrastructure of securities and derivatives market and modernization of payment and settlement system. His career has been dedicated to developing macroeconomic policies and ensuring banking and financial sector stability.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from National University of Mongolia, School of Economic Studies and master's degree in International Business from California International University, USA. Also he acquired investment analysis and management certificate from University of California, Los Angeles.

O. TUVSHIN
Editor-in-Chief
Tuvshin “Tuvi” Orlokh grew up as a Third Culture Kid, spending time in Australia, the US and Austria before coming back to Mongolia in 2013. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Syracuse University in 2012. Tuvi manages BCM’s weekly NewsWire as his main duty as Editor-in-Chief, and will conduct interviews with BCM members from time to time. As for interests, he enjoys philosophy, football, music and candid conversations.

D. ORKHON
Events Manager
Orkhon D. serves as an Event Manager and she is responsible to organize BCM Monthly Meeting, Knowledge Sharing Sessions, Business tours and Special Joint Meetings. She joined the BCM in February 2018.
She previously worked as a Sales Coordinator at Shangri-La Hotel Ulaanbaatar and where she organized international, local, special events, exhibitions and conferences.
Orkhon D. holds her Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management & Banking from the University of the Humanities in Mongolia.

B. INDRASHID
Foreign Affairs Manager
Indrashid started working at BCM from August 2018. She organizes and coordinates for key activities of BCM and works with Chairman.
Previously, Indrashidi worked as an International organization such as Good Neighbors Mongolia at Program officer and Transparency International Mongolia as a project officer. She implemented advocacy and educational projects.
Indrashidi holds Bachelor of Social science and Political science and diplomacy from Chonbuk National University in South Korea. She also studied English Language and International security trends from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

D. UYANGA
Finance manager
Uyanga manages all areas of financial and accounting operations of BCM. Her role includes providing financial analysis for senior management, preparing financial statements and special reports and ensuring compliance with business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, etc.
Prior to BCM, she has been serving as a Chief Accountant at NovaTerra LLC, an investment, project management and advisory firm providing capital and business assistance to international and domestic companies in Mongolia. From 2012 to 2014, she was an Associate Consultant at Deloitte Onch LLC.
She is experienced Chief Accountant and candidate of CPA /Certified Public Accountant/ and skilled in Financial Reporting, Tax, IFRS /International Financial Reporting Standards/, and ERP Implementation.
Uyanga holds Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Management and Operations from Tohoku University, Japan.
